Finding a working place on top of a hill, overlooking palm trees and the ocean. No distractions. Giving birth to Hillside Projects and Hillside Press, a collaboration with Emily Mennerdahl. There, in the mist of incense and garbage I produce Accounts, a book of concepts and methods.

Carl Fredirk Hill, Swedish painter, 1849-1911 and Erik Hermelin, Swedish author and translator, 1860-1944. They both spent longer periods of time at St:Lars Mental hospital in Lund (opposite the house in which I grew up) where they created significant bodies of work.
